Sometimes it can feel like we are our own worst enemy.
Our thoughts can be so intrusive, disparaging and negative that they can make being courageous and putting ourselves out-there almost impossible. If gone unquestioned, these thoughts have the power to hold you back from being, doing and having what you want.
